The Diamond, Play Reading by PTP

Eunji comes back with People’s Theatre Project. ♡

Eunji was part of a play reading of our new play, ‘The Diamond’ at Recirculation in New York on Jan 27, produced by People’s Theatre Project.

This reading was the beginning process of the play. ‘The Diamond’ is an interactive show that explores the nuances and complexities of the immigrant experience in three acts. It follows a nation’s first Afro-Latina president and her all-female cabinet as they travel through time. Compiled from three original PTP plays, Las Mariposas, Somos Más, and Doña Mañana, The Diamond celebrates the resilience and humanity of immigrants to the United States.

We will continue this project to our residency at Pocantico Center, in February.
